Why should I log in?

When you log in, you will be able to:

  • share notes for the magazine or class letter.
  • email your classmates, and allow them to email you, while protecting your private contact information
  • search for classmates
  • post your business in the alumni business directory

How do I log in?

  1. Click on "Login" on the navy bar at the top of the screen.
  2. Enter your login information or choose "First Time Login" at the bottom.
  3. If you are logging in for the first time, enter your last name in the "Last Name" box. Click on Find. Choose your name from the list; click next.
  4. Enter your Constituent ID number.  (This is your former student ID number. If you do not remember, simply e-mail the alumni office at alumni@augie.edu or call 605.274.4404.) Click verify.
  5. Fill out the form that follows with current information. 
  6. Choose your own username and password for future access.

How do I update my email or address information?

Visit our quick update form or email the Office of Alumni Engagement at alumni@augie.edu.

How do I share notes for the magazine or class letter?

You may view class notes without logging on. However, to post a class note, you must log in.

  1. Go to Class Notes.
  2. Log onto Augielink. 
  3. Choose “Add Class Note.”
  4. Select a note category.
  5. Type in your note under Note text.
  6. If you wish to upload a photo, choose browse under Note Photo and select the image.
  7. Click Preview.
  8. Once you have reviewed the note, click “Submit Class Note.”

How do I email my classmates?

  1. Go to Alumni Directory.
  2. Log onto Augielink.
  3. Go to Alumni Directory.
  4. Type in the classmate’s name whom you are searching for.
  5. Click on “Search.”
  6. In the search results, there will be an envelope next to the names of alumni with e-mail addresses.
  7. Click on the envelope.
  8. Enter your e-mail message and click on “Preview.”
  9. Once you have reviewed the message, click “Send.”

We protect your privacy! We will never display your email address nor the recipient's email address. Only you decide whether to share your email address with others while using the email messaging feature on Augielink.

How do I request my transcript?

Fill out the Transcript Request form.

Email requests must include a scanned request including your signature. Send requests to registrar@augie.edu.
